Pacific Motor Inn - Mount Maunganui

The suite at Pacific Motor Inn was absolutely amazing! The separate bedroom with a king-size bed and smart TV overlooking a tropical garden was like a dream come true. And the lounge-bedsit area with an additional queen-size bed was so comfortable. It felt like our own little paradise!

Honestly, I can't think of anything I didn't like about the room. But hey, that's just my personal opinion.

My stay was particularly enjoyable due to the staff, They were friendly and efficient without being obtrusive. Would definitely stay there again.

Size of the carparks - too small.

Very handy (walking distance) to where we we celebrating in the Mount on Saturday night. Great not to have to wait for taxis and pay $100+ to get back to Te Puke

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right near all the restaurants, shops, and action. I could easily walk to everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. The room I stayed in was spacious and exceptionally clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel even had a swimming pool where I could relax and cool down. I was impressed by the level of service provided and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Only accommodation left, a bit expensive , but i enjoyed my time there, before getting on the beach as assistant coach of Surf Life saving team

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel - the location was perfect for my needs, being walking distance to everything I wanted. The hotel facilities were great, with everything I needed for my stay. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, making check-in and check-out easy. What I appreciated most was the cleanliness of the hotel - my room was super clean and I had no concerns about the hygiene or cleanliness of the hotel in general.

We chose this place to stay because of its location. Just a block or two from Pilot Bay and the shops / restaurants. It was very clean,tidy and quiet and we had our own reserved carpark which was great. We only had a short stay otherwise we would have spent alot of time in the pool!!

The beds were comfortable, and there was a swimming pool for the family to enjoy. The location was convenient as we were within walking distance to a nearby shopping center and restaurants. The room had a mini-fridge and a microwave which were handy for our family.

Our stay over Christmas was not very enjoyable. The air-conditioning was not working well, and the room was too hot for us to sleep comfortably.

I didn't like the service. I didn't like the pool was in the car park area. I didn't like that there was no outdoor area to sit in.

Very unsure of their prices as we told the price was $200 more than Booked.net. A bit uncomfortable at time of paying, remember 2 have your paper work with you for proof.
